Expertise: Mathematical modeling Infectious Disease Dynamics Public Health

Dr. Ndeffo research objective is to develop and apply theoretical and practical data-driven modeling frameworks to address public health challenges for a wide range of infectious diseases and related health issues. He uses interdisciplinary modeling approaches to provide new perspectives on disease modeling and the identification of optimal public health intervention policies. His research incorporates epidemiological, ecological, behavioral, socio-demographic, environmental, and economic factors to disease dynamics. Dr. Ndeffo has worked on a wide range of diseases including emerging diseases (Ebola, Zika), Neglected Tropical Diseases, HIV, Malaria, and vaccine-preventable diseases, among others.
